• Preparation of Single line / guide drawing as per the Design Calculation & information provided by the client.
• Value engineering as per International standards [ASHRAE, SMANA, UMC & IMC] and Project specifications.
• Preparation of BOQ for complete MEPF Services.
• Provide detail Scope of Work of the Project to the client to float RFQ / Bid.
• Inclusions and Exclusions are mentioned which are meeting the specs and Drawings given by the Client.
• Complete details will be sent to client and the package will ready for Pricing.
• We provide BIM coordination services for residential, commercial as well as industrial buildings. ESTIMATION & MATERIAL TAKE-OFF
• An MEP estimation engineer is a professional who works in the field of HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting system design and estimation. They are responsible for analyzing project requirements, developing detailed estimates for MEP system installation, and ensuring that the estimates are accurate and within budget.
• Preparing cost estimates: Based on the project requirements, the estimation engineer must prepare detailed cost estimates for the MEP system installation, including the cost of equipment, materials
• Developing project schedules: The estimation engineer must develop project schedules for the each system installation, including the time line for all activities
